Customer Service Representative

Position available in Little River, SC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Has primary responsibility for all customer returns.
• Is the primary e-mail contact for Sales and Customer Service.
• Is a phone contact for Sales and Customer Service line.
• May attend pipe shows and other events as a company representative.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills; Basic computing proficiency (ability to type, use email, internet browsers and MS Office applications).
• Exemplary people skills, friendly disposition, results driven, team player.

Travel:

Travel will be required up to 10% of work hours.
